For our B2B branch, we are looking for a communications talent who, together with Marketing and Operations, will be responsible for the acquisition and support of our customers.
Your role at Newsadoo:
As a Customer Success Manager you act proactively, responsibly and with foresight, are an organizational talent and love to fight on several fronts in a varied way.

You see opportunities, think pragmatically and are very solution-oriented. You develop a good understanding of Newsadoo's products and technologies and can quickly identify if a new lead has potential and if we can create value for them with our products.

You engage directly with our target groups. Via LinkedIn, at events or wherever it makes sense to approach them and discuss new ideas. You outline possible solutions and evaluate the customer benefits and budgetary possibilities together with the lead.

You accompany the further sales process and can also participate in the implementation of individual projects. With appropriate experience, there is also the possibility to take over and handle individual projects as a project manager.

We work hybrid, i.e. you work both in the headquarters in Linz but also flexibly in the home office or at other locations. The optimal setup will be agreed between the team and you and adapted to your needs.
